Works fine in 14w33c for me.

Confirmed, seems to only happen on low render distance though.

Is Modded: Probably not. Jar signature remains and both client + server brands are untouched.

It seems that it doesn't target any dead entities (mob during their death animation for example), so I'm pretty sure this was intended ...

"Fixed" in 14w02b : It seems you can't give items to dead players anymore.

How this issue "duplicates" the other one ? It's about the same subject but it's not actually the same problem ...

I hate to do that kind of comment, but I really need to know if this is intended or if this will be fixed please ...

It's in LAN mode with a friend's account. Should I also attach a crash report from a 'real' server ?
