This Happend to me on Pc. It works with every item that has an Animation. I lost my Netherite sword 2 + dia axe 1 times now Iām to lazy to farm a new one. It also can disappear on a ps5, my friend lost his sword yesterday. In his case it was a bow. In my case 2 food and 1 times a potion
