Minecraft stopped on all iPads in house. Now works on all again by following this.
BACKUP WORLDS
Turn off WiFi.
Reset network settings in General
Un install minecraft.
Reconnect to network but set manual dns to 8.8.8.8
re install minecraft. Accept notifications on first run.
RE INSTALL WORLDS BACKUP
Worked for me on all ipads. Hope it does for everyone else. Interested on feedback.
