Same here. Son purchased City Life 2 with his birthday money (playing on iPad, IOS recently updated) and it’s constantly crashing. He’s so disappointed and I’m so cross. He’s had no problems with free marketplace world downloads but as soon as he pays for one it crashes ... hmmm.
Please advise fix or refund ASAP. Thank you.
Completely agree - I’m appalled by the lack of response. Can someone advise how my son can get his money back?
