Yes but this happens with new villagers as well after trading with them once

Turns out it was trapdoors messing with their AI

1 Make a world in ps4 edition with villagers that you traded with.
2 convert to bedrock
3 Villagers stop refreshing

I have destroyed old job and bed nothing seems to work. I got new villagers and same again. It is a really serious bug and they need to fix it.

I waited for a couple of days. The villagers can roam around freely and easily access their stations. Once I use up one of their trades the trade can't be unlocked again.
