My son having the same problem too since 4/5/18. Lost all his coins and is locked out of both his templates/worlds. iPad, IOS 10.3.3. Not sure if it was after an update. We use Apple ID for purchases. I tried to repurchase coins and thus templates (before I saw this thread) and it just re-locked us out again the next day. Please add us to the list. It's been days and he's really bummed. What's the latest update / ETA for all of us? Thanks.
Same here. Take ages to sign into microsoft account, marketplace often fails to load icons. Realms either fail to connect or, when they eventually show, hangs loading them roughly 1 out of 3 attempts. Game frequently lags (and I'm playing on the same realm as hubby who is on ps4 and he has no lag or issues). At some point the game will just hang (like screenshot given in first post) and I end up having to go to switch home and closing the game. It then takes sometime to close eventually telling me that the game closed because of an error. Really frustrating as I like playing on the switch with hubby on PS4.
