Ticking on "trapped" villagers. Had to eliminate a villager in a player's automatic carrot farm in order to get the server to boot.

I woke up underground and another time inside a wall. Leads to suffocation.

Crash reports added for blast furnace and barrels. Also happens with brewing stands.
