Yeah, I realized that.
oops, it's actually because I downloaded 12w07b, not 13w07b. Just ignore this.
My guess is that the data values are stored as an array, and as such the system is trying to use a nonexistent array component, causing the error that Kumasasa pointed out above.
Item id 31 is used for dead shrubs, tall grass, and ferns. There is no item for the id with a NBT value of 3.
And that would be bad because...?
I'm missing something.
I can confirm this. In a test I performed, an unoccupied minecart traveled 7 blocks, one with a hopper traveled 66 blocks, and one carrying me traveled 94 blocks (without using boost).
Can't reproduce. Please include a copy of the crash report.
Confirmed, as long as you put the block in last. If you put in the torch last, it works normally.
Confirmed. I've also added a crash log. It also seems that when you log back in, the anvil has taken the place of the redstone it fell on, rather than turning into an item. The redstone is simply gone - no item is dropped. However, the anvil does take damage from the fall.
I have not noticed this.
The bug you referenced only seems to be for the very latest snapshot. I'll have to take a look at it.
Mustek is correct. The number of total rockets you can craft has 136 digits. I calculated it and will be making a post about it on the forums.
I have observed some benefits with other tools - for example, wood does break slightly faster when using a sword, and pickaxes and axes deal mode damage per hit than fists. Also, the efficiency enchantment can help break certain items, such as wood and dirt, break faster even when on unsuited tools.
Hoes do not lose durability when doing anything other than their intended purpose. This is probably because, unlike other tools, hoes provide no benefit at all when doing anything other than the intended function.
I was unable to replicate this bug in 1.4.5 and the latest snapshot 12w50a. I loaded into a new superflat world and built a few iron golems. I than exited the world, reentered, and went on a rampage, killing every villager near them. They did nothing. I then attacked the golems themselves and they didn't even fight back - they just stood around passively while I slaughtered them.
confirmed again
