And no, they are NOT working on it as an above commenter said.  If they were, the Assignee would not say "Unassigned".  

Been happening for days, can't get on.  Time to cancel realms account and use one of the MANY Minecraft service hosting places which are actually cheaper.  Paying more for better QOS is fine, but when product is completely unusable - FREE would be too expensive.  This is NOT a new issue, has happened on and off for months, but now it is persistent.  They should have fixed this months ago.  Good bye realms.
