This started happening on my son's Galaxy tablet tonight after he signed in his new XBox Live account. 

If I turn off WIFI, the game will start and shows the "Global Resources Reset" message. 

Is there any additional info I can provide to help debug this problem?

Same here.  I can be 20-30 blocks away, and it sounds like the dispenser is right next to me. 

Me too. "IllegalStateException: POI never registered" crash when trying to open a barrel. 

Happened on two different barrels. 

After a crash, the game will crash once or twice again when loading the world on startup. 

Just saw this in 19w09a. I killed an entire patrol and did not get the Bad Omen effect indicator. 

I then entered a village and the raid bar did not appear. 

This is happening to me constantly in 1.9 release. Whenever the dog teleports to me and it lands on a grass path block. Instead of landing on top of the path block, it's down inside and I can see the ears popping out, just the the attach screenshots above. It's very consistent and trivial to reproduce, it happens every time.

Confirmed with Minecraft 1.9 Pre2.
I had two adult donkeys and one adult horse on leads at the same time, while riding a mule. The mobs on leads would not jump up one block to follow. This is very bad for me as my donkeys are loaded with goods and I have a very long trip back to home base.
