is the setting entities drop loot even activated
i think its because on this line you said I (took damage down to two hearts because of placing my bed.) you had 2 hearts and you left the game and once you rejoined to the world your hearts showed its full but you still have 2 hearts left even if it shows you have full hearts and that fall can drain 2 hearts and thats why you died

do you have alllow trusted skins only in the minecraft settings activated
do you have any resource or behavior pack that is interfering with movement
did you relaunched the minecraft as this can sometimes fix it
My specs are CPU intel corr i5 13420H GPU NVIDIA geforce rtx 4050 laptop gpu and RAM is 16gb does it have to do something with that
