I've been getting this on ps5-- occurred 3x in the last 10 days. It seems to occur randomly as I went 10 hours or more between occurrences but the game just freezes and you can't shut off the ps5 without a Defrag and hitting the off/restart. 

Same issue has happened to me, a total of 3x now. First incident was on 3/14, but also twice on 3/22. I've played 600 hours on my ps4 Bedrock version of Minecraft in total but never had this issue before. Played about 50-100 of those hours on ps5. This seems to be a more recent bug, and totally freezes the system, with no easy way to switch off.
