Oh my God I'm having the same problem. In the menu and in gameplay the game just freezes for about 15 seconds and the music loops. It honestly makes the game unplayable. Today when started the game up, before it even loaded the menu it froze like this 3 times in a row! I just can't play whilst this bug is still there.
I'm also experiencing this problem. It seems to have gotten worse over time. Today when loading up Minecraft, before the main menu even loaded, it froze and the music started looping. This happened 3 time IN A ROW before it loaded up the home screen. The same thing happens in gameplay, but not one directly after the other so far.
