We've chosen to temporarily close our realm, which is unfortunate because you still have to pay for it. However this player managed to get back into our realm 4 times yesterday, and because the timeline is also bugged and keeps turning off we can’t see them come online. Yesterday, they completely destroyed everything, luckily we have backups downloaded as we had a feeling things would escalate. I really wish this would get a fix ASAP, as we cannot play our game in a safe environment because of this bug.

Timelinee keeps turning off everyday, says host opted out when they haven't.

I'm not sure what that bot thing is, where is the duplicate? Also yes I definitely added the update. 😅

It's not the settings in advanced settings, it is a setting in the Cheats settings, regardless if cheats are turned on or not. I can't remember the exact name other than entities drop. This must be turned on to get boats etc to drop when you break them. I'm not sure if there is one for blocks in the cheat settings aswell, if there is ensure that is also enabled. Again these turned off even with saves that don't have cheats activated and I had to manually go into each save to turn that feature on.

I'm also unable to change game level, easy normal etc and change a copy of a world to creative, when I load into the game it says creative but loads as survival, opening settings, to check game choice it still says it is a creative game but still is loading survival. This happens on realms and single player.

Hi, I've had this same problem across multiple devices and realms, multi-player and single player. In the Cheats settings there is something called entities drop, it had defaulted to off even on saves that do not have cheats enabled. If you're playing on a realm, you need to download the realm, go into edit the save as a single player then go to cheats and enable entites drops, then you can re-upload the save as a realm. You can't change cheats on a realm as they're greyed out which is why you need to do it via a single player save. Please make sure to back-up yourgame before doing these steps as a safety precaution, and please respond if this does or doesn't fix your issue.

My realm owner also cannot access the realm anymore, attempting from windows they get a pop up saying their account needs authentication, yet they can play any other games with their Microsoft account and on the console, Xbox Series S, they get black and pink squares on all behaviour packs and when trying to load the realm, they get about half way and then it freezes with a black and pink screen.

I also meant to add that we have updated resource and behaviour packs or removed outdated ones.

Resource and behaviour packs are loading black and pink squares in their respective tabs and when players are trying to join the realm some members get a black and pink squared loading screen before the game returns to either the dashboard or windows desktop. This is happening to my console and windows players/members off the realm.

Also having this issue with a blocked member and we have removed invite links and as the OG has said this keeps resetting and allows people back in and not saving the hosts changes. Other players are suffering item losses because of this and rolling back to previous saves has not resolved the missing items either and we're unable to stop this player re-entering.

This started happening on our realm too, but it was paintings, boats, ores and minecarts. Something in the settings had altered it was to do with entities dropping loot. It had turned off even though the host hadn’t changed any settings. After turning it back on everything worked when breaking stuff. This is in the cheats settings and not to be confused with Advanced Settings of loot drops and mob drops.
