No. My kids actually dislike most of the updates and don't want to lose their old worlds. They would be perfectly happy to go back to the original PS4 version, or even a few updates after that. So if we can at all avoid losing their older worlds, that would be great. I told them it might be necessary, but they didn't want me to try it before checking to see if there was another way.

I can't add a screenshot, I'm on my phone. But it's the"MINECRAFT" loading screen, white background, with what almost looks like frequency sound bars. We haven't been able to get past that screen since at least December. With the social distancing and the kids not being able to leave the house, I could really use the quiet time

How will we know when/if the problem is being fixed? Or even that our comments have been read by someone there and that the problem is being worked on? Kind of stinks that we paid the money for the game and my kids can't play it.
