When is this going to be fixed?  Are we going to get a discount or refund for paying for realms that we cannot use properly?  I think this is in order don't you?

I can also confirm that realms are not working correctly.  The owner of the realm has privy but members do not even though they have operator.  Also in chat bar only the keyboard icon shows up.  not the / so you cannot use commands to help get around it.  Agree with Ed I have also tried all these things to fix to no avail and I have several realms and a deadline for a map on Friday in which none of my builders can help as no privs.  Do we have a timescale for fixing this issue at all?
