Agreeing with the OP here, I have done everything under the sun to try and fix this issue.
There has not been one forum or website that has fixed this problem. Not on Reddit, not on Microsoft, not on Mojang, or any tech websites to fix the audio issue.
I have re-installed, re-downloaded, re-updated every single sound driver, windows 10, motherboard, java, everything that could interfere: nothing has changed.
Uninstalling and reinstalling the game does nothing, disabiling audio devices to rule them out has brought no solution. In sound mixer, Minecraft is present in audio, but it produces no sound at all.
F3+T/F3+S do nothing except move the character or open the chat window.
This started happening ever since 1.16.1 came out, and I have not found a solution either.
Can confirm on MC Win10 using a surface pro 3 onscreen keyboard. Its very frustrating!
Similar issue on our realm today. Went to break a banner in an end city, the banner broke off and the realm crashed. Upon relogging, same banner was back in place, tried breaking again, broke it and realm crashed again. Upon relogging a second time, I tried breaking a different end city banner with the same results as earlier. Gave up after that lol

Hate to say this, as this was meant to have been resolved but I was one-shotted by a blaze today on a realm, win10, new update 1.1. The world was only created yesterday.

Confirmed. Windows 10 Survival Realm 1.0.8 - No resource or texture packs.
Noticed all sheep on our realm were white after the update. Tried to re-dye them, dye was taken from inventory but sheep remained white. Sheared the sheep and the coloured wool was given so it is 'dyed' but still looks white.

Happened twice to me now. Same issue, tamed cats seem to suffocate when trying to bring home/move in jungle.

Not so far thankfully 🙂 I do still have an issue of me connecting to others worlds (their world hardly loads/renders, if at all, and is completely unplayable), but in regards to this bug, anyone can connect to me and do so repeatedly in the same world now with no issue 🙂
Same here a the apple ipad, mine keeps swapping to a random default every time I load the game, I have to keep going in and changing it back. Same for you?
