Me and my friend play in android 1.13 release. When we try to join each others worlds it says "Unable to connect the world" or sometimes one of us gets stuck on "locating server". We can both join servers and realms but not each others worlds.There's the possibly that its a bug as we tried lots of things and none of them worked.
