That helped a lot. Thanks. I now have to be 20-25 blocks away for the piston to appear motionless, and is always visible. Also, my FPS has doubled since I updated my graphics driver.

Yep that's it. The "Ticking Error". Any ideas on how to fix it? The world was a big adventure map that I've spent HOURS building

Yeah, I know I typed the command wrong. What I'm saying is that when I typed it wrong, the world got corrupted and I can no longer play it without crashing.
