This is unfair especially for people who pay to have realms but can’t even use their world under certain circumstances and even anybody who wants to ride easily accessible entities like horses, boats, etc. won’t be able to. Especially with the fact that the release date for 1.9 hasn’t even been announced yet could mean that we’ll just have to deal with these issues for over a month possibly. I’m not a developer or a bugs expert, but I say you should compare the game between these two versions, find the issue in 1.8.1, and resolve it as soon as possible before the release of 1.9.
