I can confirm, many months down the line from many of these first comments that the bug is still very much present within Realms, as I am currently running a 10 Player Realm that uses Command Blocks to make the in - game NPCs be more useful, and in the middle of Server Development the Bug started taking place, I reset the Realm and then replaced it with a Backup from a couple minutes prior but I have had no success in any attempts to fix this issue, unless this gets fixed before the Realm Subscription ends, there will be no more money filling into Microsoft nor Mojang's Pockets from me.
