Each glitched skeleton can be hit just once. For sure after 1st hit it is like they are in spectator mode. Have yet to test before 1st hit. Will ignore all environmental effects
Immune to full sunlight or stand in block of lava and will takes no damage.
Moved more than 16 chunks away then return and glitched skeletons were gone.
