A while ago you can use the button combination to fix it. And when I updated Minecraft from ps4 to version 2.18 on 11/19/2020. The problem came back again. You're stuck on the mojang's red screen again and the button combination doesn't seem to work anymore. Today is 12/8/2020 and I still can't play.
Do you have a PSVR headset connected but not using it? - I do not have.
Playing on an original PS4, PS4 Slim, PS4 Pro, or PS5? - Original PS4.
Do you have the disk in the drive, if you have it on the disk? - No, I have the game in digital.
Are you connected to PSN? I have multiple users on the PS4. Some are connected to PSN and some are not.
Have you linked your PSN account with a Microsoft account? - Yes.
Is this the first run of the game since the update? Or a new installation? - The problem has been going on for several months. We installed the game for the first time a couple of years ago. It started to happen after an update. Never reinstall the game because I am afraid of losing my worlds.
