I have beds and a work station nearby, i have about 15 villagers but only about 5 of them wont refresh their trades.....
My armour does have mending too but they was fully mended
Ive got it all, extra beds, and workstations and a bell.... 10 of my villagers always refresh the trades but any villagers i have over 10 will never refresh there trades
