When trading with villagers and maxing out a trade, sometimes the trade wont refresh at all even after days have passed in game

I have beds and a work station nearby, i have about 15 villagers but only about 5 of them wont refresh their trades.....
Ive got it all, extra beds, and workstations and a bell.... 10 of my villagers always refresh the trades but any villagers i have over 10 will never refresh there trades
Villagers link to a particular workstation and need to access that particular workstation in order to refresh their trades. It is not necessarily the closest workstation. Can you confirm that your villagers who won't restock are linked to workstations? A world save would be helpful.
@Alec Parungao they do not need a bell or beds to refresh trades, except for at least 1 bed to define the village.

they need to have a bed, can roam around the village, and have a free view of their workstation for them to restock
