Yes. I've had cats in previous worlds. I know how to tame them, breed them, farm them, etc. This was never an issue before, and only started happening in 1.16. I tamed two cats and they wouldn't warp to me. They followed me for 30 seconds and then stopped moving.

I am not playing on a server if that is what you're asking. And i only have access to one account. Single player minecraft issue.

They are not sitting. They do not teleport. They follow for about a minute but they suddenly stop for no reason and they no longer teleport to me.
