I've noticed this too, even on singleplayer worlds.

When selecting the Nether Coat cosmetic, I have a similar issue on Windows 10 where there is a back button but it does nothing when pressed.

Looks like this page is still open. In 1.13.0, the sign formatting is still wonky on all bedrock platforms (using Android version 9 for this example). Separate lines will not return to the normal color while on the sign (this part is a separate visual glitch), and this is similar enough to the issue reported here that I am replying here instead of making a duplicate.

Well, I wanted to bring that up because I noticed it as well, but the underwater hitbox issue the post is originally about still exists in 1.12.0. (i don't know how to tag you)

Still exists in 1.12.0 on Windows 10, on both land and in boats. It's as if their head is not a part of their hitbox or something, meaning the player cannot melee it without taking damage. [Hitbox example while in boats|https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eiKFYpo1aWE]

Issue on both Android and Windows 10 (I have custom skins on both, but neither saves)

Edit on 16 July 2019: Issue still exists in 1.12.0, despite saying it was "Fixed".

I'm on an iPhone 6 running iOS 11.2.2 and this just started with the 1.2.9 update.

I am using the normal keyboard, and turning off Smart Punctuation helped to fix the issue. Originally, I thought it was a problem with 1.2, but J guess not. Thanks.

I’m going to add onto this so then I don’t create a duplicate post, but I have also been experiencing issues with text on signs and in the chat.

I use iOS (iPhone 6) and this issue has been persistent since 1.2 (Bedrock) for me. One of my friends who uses Android (Samsung Galaxy S6) also experiences similar issues when typing special characters, such as a hyphen, greater or less than signs, apostrophes, and slashes.
