Here is the Launcher Log, I don't know how much difference it will make, I have been watching and it doesn't show any sign of an error in the log itself, this is the log directly as/after the error occured:

Yeah it seems to work now, havent tested it in a while but just gave it a go. I put the whole tp command into a minecart command block and it actually teleported me to the dimension this time. Unsure if my issue was a bug or if i did it wrong but I'm sure i did it correctly,
