My Grandchildren purchased City Life and Wild Life on 6 april 2018 and following the minecraft update to 1.2.14 the purchases were not there and it said buy again which they did for city life and it still does not work. I need money back and game working properly we also updated IOS iPad to 11.3 on the same day
