You say this issue (MC-2995) is "Duplicate" of MC-1298, but there is a change between this issue and MC-1298.
In this issue the bug affects version of Minecraft 1.4.4! (the current version of MC)
In MC-1298 the bug affects version of Minecraft 1.4.2! (older version of MC)
So my question is: If in Mincraft 1.4.2 the bug was "Resolved", why I can see the bug in Mincraft 1.4.4?!
if the bug was fixed in MC 1.4.2 why the bug still remain in MC 1.4.4?
