same issue. tried to breed turtles on my realm. What may be worth mentioning is that I have tried to do this on both Xbox one x and windows 10.
Turtles will not accept seagrass when I try to feed them (or only one of the turtles will).
P.S. I haven't tried searching for wild turtles to see if there is any difference.
EDIT: I went afk for like an hour by my turtle farm and when i came back, eggs were laid.
