My 8 year old son experienced the same thing. He is crushed because all his skins/packs/worlds he has purchased over the past several months are now locked. He used his own money to download them and he has been in tears out of frusteration. I have no answers for him. Will this be an automatic fix or do I need to contact someone specifically with every item that is now locked so that it can be restored? Thank you
