Yes, and he's been around for like 2-3 years; the game is coming up to 6 years old; and the issue started in the 13th week of the 1.8 Snapshot. A year ago; and still hasn't been fixed and has only been neglected. It was working that way when dispensers were first added in beta 1.3 and has only just happened in 1.8. It's clearly a bias; and it should be put back to normal. =\ I'm sure if Jeb or someone saw this it'd be put right. =\
Yeah, this is no way an "intended feature" it's just plain lazy. This needs to be re-visited. It's a mechanic of the game that was around for years and is now bias. Sure it's petty. But, even the smallest bugs are still bugs. You shouldn't just brush them under the rug like this. All the items shouldn't spring west like that. It should be in other directions as well. :\
The Baby Zombies is crazy too large, and the Zombie Villagers/Witches should be brought down to Villagers level. The Witches hat and the Villager Foreheads can't go out over 2 blocks. Skellys' should probably be more like the Zombies. =P

It'd be cool if they did shrink the Zombie Villagers. You'd be able to sort them! ;D I doubt they'll tweak the hitboxes though, it's kinda petty. Sure, it'd add a mechanic (which would be great) but I doubt mojang would waste their time on these small time inconsistencies. I hope they do but I highly doubt it. Hitboxes don't sound like a priority xP
Yes please! This is so strange. Happens in 1.8.3. It's very rare, but does happen. I'm on Hard mode; they spawn when pigman are getting dealt damage. Initiating a Zombie horde. Much like Zombies have a chance to do if you hit them. http://gyazo.com/60df0ae932e2da703aaa69de098a01c2
