Confirmed on 15w31b, does not work with thespectral Arrow and the normal Arrow.

You see, in F5 it works.

confirmed in 15w31b, when you press F5, you will see that the second hand is indeed doing the thing it needs to do when you right click.

I think that's your graphics card doing weird things.
