Ultimate fix

Since voting on this ticket seems not to bring enough attention of Mojang to resolve this issue promptly and issue occurs more and more I looked how this can be resolved by me, a paying client.
After looking at available options I decided to Vote with my money i.e.

Cancelling Realm Subscription and moving to Apex Minecraft Hosting.

Had minor issue migrating world to their server (custom requirement of mine) - got perfect customer support at first contact.

Now that I see how alternatives works won't go back to Realms anytime soon.

While resolving this issue please provide references how can one who pays for service can get refund for unavailablity time.

I assume this type of complain should be covered by Terms of Service.

Issue still persists.

I confirm it is present as of time I write this comment.

As this is paid service I'd assume this type of tickets should be handled quite let no one from Mojang team are not even changing state to Confirmed.
