I was unable to sleep in a bed underwater since 1.16 released. Tested on Realms with Xbox One, windows 10, and Switch. Tested on new creative world on Xbox One.
I was under the effect of Conduit power and/or a Respiration III helmet, but it would still list it as 'Obstructed'
