Some information I gathered while creating my own bug report, not realizing it was a duplicate. May help with something:

Apologies, I had in fact used the search function however did not find anything similar. Also, 51%? Good god. you guys need more people.

I was just about to, unfortunately I right click the screenshot and click Copy, then hit Paste on the submit screen but nothing happens.

I saw this happen just recently while I was killing a zombie. Luckily, all it dropped was rotten flesh so it didn't destroy any rare drops.
