I tried disabling the keyboard manager on powertoys but it didn't work on mine (unless if I had to restart the PC first after disabling it).

Here I am, thinking I am the only one who has the same issue. I've tried everything from turning off the v-sync to 0 and somehow re-installing the game.
Before the update, it was fine, didn't have the same issue I'm currently dealing with. I'm pretty sure it's just the game itself, not the PC.

And in case if anyone was wondering... I always go on Windowed mode and still not fixing the issue for me.
