Sorry but i don't quite understand on what i have to do. I came across the main ticket and just found a bunch of coding at the attachment section. Not really sure what am i suppose to do with that. A detail explanation would be much help and apprecaited. Im sorry if it seems troublesome.

But I've tried the method and manage to find 2 uncompatible software but it didn't work. Also I've tried to run the malware scan but it says my system happen to doesn't contain any. I'm so clueless on what to do now 😞
