Having this most of the time on Android (multiplayer)

and I don't  know if it's  on Singleplayer  too

That is Happening  a lot for me 

and I think  it's  related  to the portals bug

i am not sure if it's  a bug

But That happend to me on a server 

They was changing but... 

Night came so they stopped (I know about the times)

so waited till The day came again 

But they didn't  change

even after me trying untill the night come again

Yeah Exactly what I saw
about5 Times;a pillgers Patrols Spawned and
and No Endermen Spawning

I had this Problem too
