Last night I tried to connect once again on Android 11 and both Marketplace and Skin editor worked again and still working now on my two Android 11 devices. I tried after receiving a push notification of the Frozen Planet DLC lauch and as if by magic the game was working fine. Maybe all this was a server-side problem?

I'll post again if the issue shows up again.

As Isaac says, the issue persists also on Android 11. Still cannot access store or skins after 1.19.30 update, I've only find this issue on Mobile devices, I can connect to Marketplace and view my skins correctly only on Windows 10 starting Bedrock through Minecraft Launcher, even before this update.
