I'm also having this issue. All I really wanted to do was use my first minecraft local world in a realm to also play it on my laptop, and I keep getting the error message and my world doesn't update. My issue looks exactly like the pictures. I was able to load a world to my realm before the updates with no issues.

I have this same issue since the new update 1.16.0. I can play my single player fine, but as soon as I get on a realm, even alone, it's lag like it's buffering every 5-10 seconds. Please fix this soon! It's unplayable like it is.
