Same on iOS. I've counted the height levitated to be 60-70 high. Shulkers hit me ~10 times, and the effect doesn't wear off before reaching ~70 high. I'm connected to the internet, logged in to Xbox Live (even logged out and logged back in), and tried multiple times on 1.1 and 1.1.2 over the course of a week. Progress has never been anything but zero.

Same thing goes for "So I got that going for me" and "Organizational Wizard". I've been able to unlock all 76 other achievements at some point in time. During the time I haven't been able to unlock the three above, I was able to unlock "Super sonic" and "Let it go", so achievements are working.
