Can confirm, though it's not only south. Direction seems to change depending of which block coord it's placed on, and maybe which direction it's facing. Seen it face west, south, and along a direction, if placed one next to the other, regardless of facing direction while placing.
Can confirm. World barrier doesn't prevent going off the world limits in gamemode 1 either, kicks you off the game and dumps you on the server list.
Intended behaviour. To balance, they made leveling up cost more
minimum level enchant takes 1 lapis and 1 level. Middle one takes 2 and 2. and top takes 3 and 3
you have to tame them first. give them wheat until they are grown. sit on them (no saddle) until they like you (hearts pop up). then put a horsesaddle on and THEN you put the leash or the armor. Maybe this will clear some doubts. Intended behaviour, I asume
Responce from a comment asking for the setup. Both are the same, except with different orientations. When I tested one I turned off the other.
