Can confirm in :

• 1.16

• 1.16.1

• 1.16.2

• 1.16.3

• 1.16.4

• 1.16.5

• 1.17

• 1.17.1

• and now snapshot 1.18 pre-release 6

The presets that do not work in 1.16 and higher are :

• stronghold

• village

• biome_1

• decoration (tree & grass)

• lake

• lava_lake

• Probably other rules still

Yet modified block layers work well.
