Additional info in my experience:
Apple IOS (iPad) version 10.3.3
Error occurs when attempting to launch App, screen turns solid white after and closes out after the 'Mojang' loading screen. The error began occurring immediately after the recent app update.
I have attempted to clear cache and close the app, uninstall and reinstalled the app, full restart, and no software updates are available for my iPad at this time.
Other, similar Jira apps that I found while trying to troubleshoot:
MCPE-55105 and MCPE-55082
I have the same issue with iOS 10.3.3 since the most recent app update on Oct. 29th (updated to Minecraft PE version 1.13.).
Same issues that I've been having since the last update! I've tried trouble shooting, but it is still unable to load. I've also been following ticket # MCPE-55082 which seems to be similar.

Mine does the same exact thing as described in the bug report. After the most recent Update, the Minecraft app on my iPad will show the Mojang logo, the screen goes white for a few seconds, then it just stops and returns to my home screen. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, full restart, and clearing cache prior to reopening the app- unfortunately no success. Hoping this is fixed soon.
