All F-key functions including F1, F2, and F5 work except for F3 while no other game windows (as in crafting, inventory, etc) are opened. As mentioned, none of the additional F3 functions work (except for what was previously mentioned). Shift + F3 also does not work.

Confirmed for 16w44a. Noticed it first when mining stone with stone pickaxe. Was able to duplicate bug with additional tools.

Confirmed, existing chests, including the singles and doubles, unknown for Trapped or Ender, are invisible. After a short while, they become visible again, but after a relog, once again, invisible.
