2 of my xbox one worlds are having the same issue. I noticed that it would start randomly crashing when using a crafting table or opening my inventory, then textures starting turning gray. Shortly after, the worlds wouldn't load again.
One raid, I found the missing illagers in a cave under the town, another time I heard a witch and she had spawned inside of a tree
