I have done full delete and reinstall with no packs, this issue keeps persistent.
The only thing that seems to give me about 3hrs of game play with no issues is a upload to cload storage, after about 3hrs I have to repeat the upload to keep playing.
This issue is a coding problem that needs to be addressed by the Developer(s) of the game. Since it is now a Microsoft Game and Mojang is the original team it will take some deep diving to sort threw the problem.
