I have the same issue with the Favorites pack DLC not being available. I contacted Microsoft who could only suggest posting the issue on the forum. Did that, git no response and still no DLC.

I have the same issue. I purchased the favourites pack version on cd last year. Yesterday this updated to the new Better Together Version but all 7 of the DLC that I had are locked in the new version.
